3. Intellectual Property

• We retain ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property
• You own the final deliverables upon full payment
• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• 50% upfront payment before work begins
• 50% upon project completion
• Late payments may incur interest charges

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide services "as is" and make no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in project agreements. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice according to terms specified in the agreement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.
